Working with a startup strike team within the bank to establish all requirements, systems, services, collateral, and support necessary to catapult the SF based bank into the big corporate credit card business. From March 2014 to March 2015 (1 year 1 month) San Francisco, CaliforniaProduct Management @ Tattle is a SaaS offering customers incentivization for their feedback through our mobile platform. We make it possible for businesses to reward users for their feedback while delivering businesses with actionable insights about the collective customer experience. Tattle enables merchants to survey their customers and obtain constructive, quantifiable feedback, while customers are incentivized to return for repeat purchases through earned rewards.
We are expanding our influence through POS partner integrations and making it possible for any business to grow and learn from their customers. From November 2014 to February 2015 (4 months) Project and Product Manager @ As a member of the Projects department my primary focus was on maintaining and establishing new IT and Business facing Software and Hardware, including:
-Driving large scale products and enhancement initiatives from envisioning through deployment stages
