Working since 1998 in the Internet and mobile Industry. Started my product management career in 2000 at Club Internet/T-Online France launching a hosting/domain names platforms. Also dealt early on with search Engine deals and other digital products. Joined Dailymotion at a very early stage (employee #5, ex-shareholder of the company) and worked on new media problematics such as Advertising (regular display & video), IPTV, Mobile Services, content acquisition, content protection and new features for the website. I've managed there a team of innovative product managers, project managers, designers and engineers. Left the business after 3 years, helped the company grow from 5 to 100 and generate significant cash flow thru product delivery. Worked for 3,5 years at Vodafone Group, heading Content Services worldwide (with a dedicated focus on Europe) on a technical and product side. Spent the first year and a half of my Vodafone career managing the software development of products across the Content Services portfolio which includes two portal propositions (Vodafone Live, MyWeb), an e-commerce platform for apps & games (Vodafone Shop), a music download platform (Vodafone music), a developer proposition (developer.vodafone.com) and Search partnerships (Google, Kikin) I had the pleasure of managing a team of experienced Development Manager in order to deliver best in class experiences across 8 local markets, had to lead a team of 100+ contractors and manage multiple partnerships. I was then in charge of this product portfolio, leading a great team of product managers and marketing experts, making sure that the new propositions are translated into a product vision and follow a normal product life-cycle. I left Vodafone in January 2013 to join Samsung to head Marketing & Operations for their Content & Services Business in Europe.VP Products @ Responsible for Video Products at Condé Nast Entertainment. From August 2015 to Present (4 months) Greater New York City AreaDirector, Marketing, Products & Operations @ Responsible for marketing the portfolio of Samsung Content & Services and overseeing product management and operations of a suite of products and Enablers (Galaxy Apps, Galaxy Gifts, Kick, Samsung Pay, etc.). I am also responsible for the Go to Market of key partnerships (Deezer, Vidzone, Endomondo, etc.) Also responsible for creating new services for Europe on smartphones, tablets and SmartTVs. Managing a team of marketers, product managers and operations managers and coordinating actions with European Subsidiaries, regional entities and Headquarters. From April 2013 to July 2015 (2 years 4 months) Head of Content Services @ Spent the first year and a half of my Vodafone career managing the software development of products across the Content Services portfolio which includes three portal propositions (Vodafone Live, MyWeb, Discover), an e-commerce platform for apps & games (AppSelect), a music download platform (Vodafone music), a developer proposition (developer.vodafone.com) and search partnership with Google. Has successfully participated in the launch of this start-up, going through fundraising processes, business development, product go-to-market and growing pains. Was in charge of Products and Project management with direct control over a team of 5 product managers, 2 project managers and coordinating around 30 developers, engineers and designers. From 2006 to August 2009 (3 years) Organizer @ Co-Organizer of the major Blogging event in Paris (300 bloggers for the last edition).
