I was appointed SVP Talent, Leadership & OD in October 2010. Put simply, our role as the TL&OD Centre of Excellence is to bring our expertise to:
• Identify and develop the critical capabilities we need now and in future
• Ensure we have the right people to run the business
• Make change happen and stick

Since joining GSK in 1992, I have been fortunate to have worked across the company in roles which include Head of Global Talent, HR Business Leader for Pharmaceuticals in France and before that in the UK, as well as HR roles in Manufacturing, Corporate HR, and Consumer markets across Europe. I started my career in HR in the Ford Motor company and then worked as a recruitment consultant. I have a degree in Law from Brasenose College, Oxford.
