We build relationships rather than databases, and as such we rely on research and referrals to identify candidates, enabling us to introduce our clients to a different – passively seeking - candidate population to our database as our advertising reliant competitors do. From July 2014 to Present (1 year 6 months) Team Leader @ I am responsible for the following:
- Managing eSynergy existing contractors and associate pool, also responsible for expanding our associate pool; vetting, meeting & technically testing candidates
- Utilising the latest social media strategies to extend our network
- Taking job specs and advising clients on skills, market conditions and rates
