I am a Partner with A.T. Kearney and Head of the firm's Consumer Industries and Retail Practice in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Additionally, I am a core member of A.T. Kearney’s Africa Leadership team and head of our Munich office. I have over twenty years of consulting and industry experience focusing on areas such as strategy and M&A, category optimization and buying, pricing management and operations excellence. In this capacity I am the lead advisor to several major companies in the European and non-European retail, wholesale and consumer goods sector. As I have a passion and breadth of knowledge on retail and consumer goods, I frequently contribute articles and am interviewed on the trends in major business newspapers, magazines and TV/radio. I am regularly featured as a speaker at leading industry conferences such as The Consumer Goods Forum.
