I´m responsible of our new products based on big data, analytics and machine learning at an on-line pan European performance-based marketing company. I make sure we use our increasing amount of data, billions of transactions, to do better business and improve performance. This includes finding the right people, building up a big data analytics platform. All this in close cooperation with the business and our clients.

Head of Data & Performance @ From January 2015 to Present (10 months) Stockholm, SwedenHead of Business Intelligence @ As Head of Business Intelligence I was the initiator and the driving force behind building up and rolling out a new BI-platform.
The result was a new Business Intelligence platform created and delivered in record time based on agile methodology.
I was responsible for every aspect of the BI-initiative. This included:
- Staffing the BI teams
- Evaluation and decision of the technical platform
- Making sure that value was delivered continuously (no big bang)
- Minimizing risks by investing gradually
- Business processes for the BI roll-out to ensure usage and value across all markets
The end result was a successful BI solution built up from scratch used by more than +300 end users across all markets every day. We analyzed the existing solution for the foreign payments. We took the decision to rebuild the whole system due to too much legacy.
I introduced a new way of designing products in the internet bank that had not been used before. I also took part in introducing Scrum as methodology as the first project utilizing this.

The project needed to identify all systems that contained transactions of financial instruments the last five years. My role was to design and build a new system that should load transactions from all systems. From the collected data the system should then classify all customers.
We worked with conceptual modeling, Domain Driven Design and used open source frameworks to design and build the new system. We needed to process a huge amount of data in a specific time. The project went very well and we were able to deliver data classification in time.
When we were done I also joined another short project as a mentor. The goal was to lift the old persistence framework to JPA.

I joined this project to find and implement a new better performing solution. I worked closely with the back end team. We designed good performing solution that was implemented and rolled out. From February 2007 to April 2007 (3 months) SwedenSystem developer @ The bank signed a contract with an important customer. They needed to make changes to the internet bank and also add many new features. I joined to project to develop these new features. The existing platform was used. The work was both in the back end and the front end. From August 2006 to February 2007 (7 months) SwedenSoftware Developer @ Joined a startup to develop a product that was a back office settlement system for after trade management. We started from scratch and built it from the ground in Java on the J2EE platform. The system and the company was later acquire by Digia that is running the system today.
