Mike is the CEO at PetFlow, a $55M retailer of specialty pet food and supplies. In his role, he is in charge of all operations related to PetFlow's landmark eCommerce business. Mike has leveraged his background in supply chain and operations to build and sustain PetFlow’s fulfillment, customer service, merchandising, and inventory management operations. Since getting these teams built he has led the company's strategy, marketing, technology, business development, and financial planning operations as well.
Prior to joining Petflow, Mike ran fulfillment and inventory planning operations for UncommonGoods, an eCommerce and catalog retailer of sustainably made and creative gifts. His focus there was on operational scalability capable of supporting 30x holiday seasonality, along with the construction of probabilistic models for the automation of risky demand planning decisions. Mike started his career at McMaster-Carr, an industry-leading MRO supplier, where he managed operations across fulfillment, eCommerce, plant layout, and finance. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied Ancient Greek, Latin, and Italian.
