Currently part of a team that manages a multi-million dollar portfolio of work collaborating with major healthcare management consulting firms on research within the industry.
Key responsibilities include: client communication, project management, account management, recruitment of executives to GLG network, and development of content knowledge. From July 2014 to Present (1 year 6 months) Clinical Research Coordinator @ • Helped manage a post-marketing study reviewing a new diabetic drug across four large healthcare databases in the US and UK with five endpoints of interest.
• Collaborated with biostatisticians, computer programmers, and physicians to develop analytic algorithms.
• Analyzed and interpreted data; wrote and edited reports and manuscripts submitted to sponsors and journals.
• Prepared presentations for monthly meetings.
• Presented a poster at the 29th International Conference on Pharmacoepidemiology & Therapeutic Risk Management in Montreal, Canada in August 2013.
• Managed a research assistant and the validation portion of the study. From August 2012 to June 2014 (1 year 11 months) Greater Philadelphia AreaChemistry Researcher @ •Worked to develop a method to induce Sulfolane crystal formation for characterization by X-ray diffraction.
•Computed transitional and rotational movements of Sulfolane molecules to create a hypothetical, mathematical arrangement of the unknown crystal formation. From May 2009 to May 2011 (2 years 1 month) Research Assistant @ •Created a low-cost, biodegradable Styrofoam replacement from clay and casein.
•Analyzed and interpreted data output from an Electromechanical Testing System, Instron, which tested the experimental product's strength and durability.
•Co-authored a paper discussing our Styrofoam replacement product; paper published in Green Chemistry. From June 2006 to October 2006 (5 months)
