From November 2015 to Present (3 months) Greater Denver AreaSole Proprietor / Web Developer @ MCI is a student housing startup that I created while attending Indiana University. I designed and developed this web application to provide easier access to student housing in Bloomington, Indiana. MCI consists of a proprietary housing encyclopedia that provides a database of in-depth individual pages for a multitude of student housing properties at IU. From June 2012 to Present (3 years 8 months) President / Web Developer @ Open Mind Webs was a web services company that specialized in web development, application development, search engine optimization, e-commerce, copywriting, and database management systems. I founded this business straight out of college and throughout it's lifetime helped a multitude of clients grow their businesses such as charities, film producers, architectural firms, ophthalmologists, party goods manufacturers, and much more. I also worked with a wide range of clients both big and small ranging from small websites to large-scale e-commerce implementation projects for multinational organizations. From January 2014 to November 2015 (1 year 11 months) Indianapolis, Indiana AreaOwner / Manager @ Tarter Bros Staining was a deck staining business that I founded and managed during the summer months of my junior and senior years of college while also taking summer courses. I managed on-site operations with two part-time employees, customer relations, handled company finances, developed the company website, generated leads, prepared estimates & invoices, etc. From May 2013 to July 2014 (1 year 3 months) Web Developer / Research Assistant @ Ted Green Films has produced 6 documentaries and won 9 regional Emmys (including two for Best Documentary). I worked with the company as an internship while attending Indiana University and assisted in the production of two of their documentaries (named in the film credits). During my internship I engaged in complex research through online libraries, in depth searches, microfilm extractions, and various personal contacts. I also developed and maintained the company website. From November 2012 to September 2013 (11 months)
