Responsibilities:- Manage between $4.5 - $7.5m in projects at any given time- Drive project communication and action across customer, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, sales, accounting, legal and product management teams- Extensively work within JD Edwards to manage project oversight, change orders, shipping, expedites, etc...- Create Bills of Material (BOM) for varying valve configurations in JD Edwards- Work within Configure One on the front end of projects for product configuration, revised quotes and project submittals- Develop customized, spec driven project submittals for customer approval and production releases - Manage order/line item releases: ensuring correctness in line with customer approved submittals - Work with purchasing and motor actuation vendor partners for orders/valves that require purchased electric motor operated and worm gear actuation- Facilitate product returns, credits and product complaint processes
