Work included developing strategies for each channel that supported the overall company goals, managing creative agencies, staff and budgets, integrating work into online and other corporate initiatives and reporting return on investment.

+ 2012 Feast sponsorship: led an effort across multiple creative agencies and internal teams to activate an experiential event sponsorship that garnered 30,000,000 impressions, introduced the brand name to key stakeholders and still has everyone talking about (and craving) a Tillamook grilled cheese sandwich. #comfortcall.
+ Texas launch: when the company decided it was time to formally launch the brand name in Texas I helped craft the launch strategy that called for the strategic integration of over seven marketing disciplines that thoughtfully walked new consumers through the relationship lifecycle. Efforts led to double-digit increases in sales and brand awareness.
+Additional highlights: crafting a new blogger-based PR strategy, yogurt research & development, advertising production, contract negotiations, media relations, budget management, leading the expansion of the Loaf Love Tour, implementing an added-value media strategy and managing a team of internal employees. From January 2011 to May 2013 (2 years 5 months) Portland, Oregon AreaAccount Manager @ Responsibilities: I played three key roles while at this experiential events agency: developing new business opportunities, leading an internal project team and operating as the key point of contact for multiple clients. Work included collaboration on creative brainstorm sessions and new business presentations, providing strategic direction, problem solving and value-added communication with one of the agency's largest accounts and helping guide events from ideation to execution.

+ Loaf Love Tour: led an internal and external team of people to launch Tillamook's first-ever experiential tasting tour. The tour is a fully integrated campaign that includes an aggressive PR effort, customer integration, advertising, sales promotions and integration into all of Tillamook's digital and social channels. It is one of the most successful campaigns in Tillamook history that continues to operate today. Today the tour personally introduces the brand to nearly 300,000 consumers a year and is estimated to reach an additional 20,000,000 through integrated public relations, digital and social efforts. #loaflove.
+ Additional highlights: managed new product launch for Comcast, provided logistics support for Daimler Trucks North American international sales meeting, managed in-store activations and product launches for adidas and led the team on various Tillamook initiatives including sales meetings, internal employee events and product sampling experiences. From March 2009 to December 2010 (1 year 10 months) Portland, Oregon AreaLeadership Specialists and Coach @ During this time I was as a freelance event coordinator and trainer with TRI Leadership Resources.
