Overall responsibility for: • All of MOO's Physical Products, as well as areas of the site such as the Homepage and Product Merchandising areas. I am responsible for the overall performance of all of MOO's Physical Products. As part of a larger Product team, my aim is to make sure that my products hit their revenue targets by identifying areas of improvement or innovation, and implementing those changes in a way that maximizes ROI, while satisfying the overall Product roadmap and company direction. 2. Localisation and Translation – I am responsible for making sure all content on the site is translated, if it’s required to be. I have led a project a project to improve and eventually rebuild our entire translation system 3. Net Promoter Score – As the in-house expert on NPS and Voice of the customer, I manage both the collection of customer feedback via our NPS survey, but also the dissemination and broadcast of findings to the Exec team and to the company at large. 4. Planning. As part of the larger Product Team, I am responsible for identifying strategic goals for the company, and creating a Product Roadmap to accomplish that. This involves creating product proposals, collecting competitor intelligence, generating revenue expectations and presenting our findings to the Exec team for analysis and approval.
