Luciano is a senior analyst in the Customer Intelligence department at Tenthwave, with a focus on Web and Social Analytics. Luciano leads the Tenthwave’s analytics practice from planning the architecture to implementation and reporting. Luciano spends his time segmenting an assortment of data sources to derive new insights and discover new business opportunities. These insights are used throughout Tenthwave in a number of ways such as aiding new business pitches, creating content, and reporting. Luciano is also an active member of the internal marketing team at Tenthwave where he uses his skills as an analyst to aid in acquiring new business for the company.
Before Tenthwave, Luciano was enrolled at New York University and received his B.S. in Management Information Systems. While at NYU, he interned at Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Commercial IT concentrating on digital marketing and research for web, mobile, and applications. Luciano also interned at Projectize Media where he again focused on marketing in the digital realm as well as offline marketing strategies and industry research.
Luciano co-founded a non-profit organization named the Maria Jose Crusellas Foundation while attending NYU. The Maria Jose Crusellas Foundation is dedicated to spreading awareness of carbon monoxide poisoning and supplying households with CO detectors. Luciano built the website for the MJC Foundation and also plays a pivotal role in the organization and marketing of key events.
