Duties include building and managing a small but mighty recruitment team, growing our initial employee base from 100+ to nearly 900 employees worldwide, and collaborating with Marketing to build out our employer brand. From March 2012 to January 2015 (2 years 11 months) San Francisco Bay AreaRecruiting Program Manager @ Responsible for the operational integrity of the Talent Acquisition organization while developing and driving process improvements. Duties include managing day-to-day operations for the recruiting team, overseeing the department budget, monitoring the ATS, tracking headcount, approving job requisitions, enhancing the college recruiting and summer internship programs, and partnering with Human Resources on shared matters. From November 2011 to March 2012 (5 months) Regional Director, Consumer Market Development @ Directed consumer market development for new direct to consumer service. Primary duties included researching market segments, preparing go-to-market plans and campaigns for those segments, pitching the service in a grassroots method via person-to-person and organization-to-person engagement across a number of targeted segments, and gaining advocates to further promote the service launch through word-of-mouth marketing.
