I'm presently a technical trainer helping administrators and other IT individuals to virtualize their environments better. I've had experience in providing support to those that have installed and configured ESXi/VC at a tier 2/tier 3 level. Additionally, I teach others how to install and configure VDI/VMware View environments to help virtualize desktops. Additionally, I'm currently responsible for helping new VMware Certified Instructors become VCIs.
Goals include course development for more advanced courses, specifically with those centered around troubleshooting and security.

Achievements: first book published July 12, 2013 on the topic of VCP-DT 5.
Education Technical Lead Instructor (VCI/VCI 2) @ I am presently an in-class and online instructor for VMware, teaching specifically the vSphere Install, Configure, Manage classes; lead instructor for all Horizon View, View Design, Horizon Mirage, Horizon Workspace and ThinApp courses; teach onsite and troubleshoot existing and beta classes. I am also currently working on integrating Airwatch training into future courses and doing some curriculum development of courses.
In addition, I am also the Lead Instructor for the Americas Instructor Certification Workshop and develop the global mechanism for the ICW course. This role includes helping others become VCI candidates and eventually, full VCIs.
I also help the Certification team develop, create and promote the Mobile Workforce certifications (VCA-WM, VCP-DT, VCAP-DTD/DTA, VCDX-DT). I've been involved with these certifications since they were first introduced in 2012. I have also recently (Sept 2/2014) taken on the role of co-lead for the VCDX Fast Track and am aiming to submit and defend that sometime in 1H of 2015.
