Data Analyst @ I work as a data miner and analyst in the social media analysis team (DiktioLabs). My job is mapping social networks using network science methods, analysing and interpreting social behaviour and trends. Responsibilities Collecting data from several social media platforms using APIs and webscraping methods Writing Python scripts for manipulation, cleansing and processing data Designing, developing and implementing new functionality Advising on the suitability of methodologies and suggesting improvements Visualizing results using Cytoscape Supplying qualitative and quantitative data to colleagues and clients Performing data analysis, drawing insights and creating reports for clients Managing projects Led projects Online talent contest monitoring The objective of the project was a full discovery of the contest related effect mechanisms and tendencies on the most popular online platforms. Namely mapping the information flow and the network of distributors, identifing the most important hubs in the propagation, how the members of the jury effected the popularity of the contest and how it influenced the fame of the performers. The project also involved analysing the winning strategies and measuring how the contest succeded in maintaining attention of the crowd. Sport Analysis project The main goal was the development of an automated football analyser and visualizer software powered by Opta’s data feed. From May 2014 to July 2015 (1 year 3 months) Hungary, BudapestTrainee @ Worked in the Complex Systems Department, in the team led by György Szabó. Studied evolutionary game theory from the perspective of statistical physics. Took part in model construction, development and visualization of computer simulations and data analysis.
