To address this challenge I focused in creating a unique and flexible strategic process, along with proprietary tools that respond to these key evolving drivers: innovation, social and shopping behaviors. Results: • Creation and global implementation of a unique Proprietary Global Strategic Framework, and special techniques to deliver Radical Commonsense. Guidelines and support networks are in place to be able to speed up adoption, ensure consistency and be proactive towards the constant changes. • Creation of BPN's Strategic Digital Notebook, A Strategic Guide for planners around the Network. • Creation, development and global implementation of proprietary tools: Innovation Management tool, Social Profiling tool and Shopper tool. • Mediabrands' Shopper Product Global Lead. • Leader of BPN Strategy, Analytics, Tools and Research globally, and member of the Global Mediabrands' team that creates and decides what products-projects are developed in order to be ahead of the curve in these fields.
