• Managing the Solid Foundation Employment and Training program, which consists of 4 Employment Advisors and provide support to residents based on housing communities across 5 London Boroughs
• Working closely with the Employment Advisors, carrying out training of new staff and monthly supervisions
• Producing regular reports on work as required for internal and external stakeholders
Employment Advice
• Responsible for providing employment support to vulnerable residents across three different estates in London
• Maintaining an understanding of caseloads, identify residents needs and ensuring that customers secure work experience positions, sustainable job outcomes and accredited training
• Carrying out screening activities on candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities
• Supporting candidates with employability skills/tools, and any additional specific requirements

Business Development
• Building, managing and maintaining relationships across sectors with employers, training providers, employment agencies, job brokerage services/referral agencies

• Negotiating opportunities for work experience/traineeships/apprenticeships, sponsorship and permanent employment from employers across a range of sectors
• Supporting employers in addressing some of the attitudes and practices that may disadvantage certain communities
• Leading on coordinating Solid Foundations jobs fairs and meet the employer events
