WunWun FAQ: What is WunWun? WunWun is 1 hour delivery from your favorite places. We connect users to their favorite local stores and restaurants, allowing them to place orders through us and receive their purchases within an hour. Our service is free because we believe that on-demand delivery should be accessible to everyone. Where can I download the app? WunWun is available through iTunes on the App Store. Currently, we're only compatible with iPhone and iPad, but other platforms are coming soon. What stores are supported? We call ourselves the "everything delivery app", and that's because we deliver everything from everywhere. From mom-and-pop shops to big-box retailers, if it has an address and accepts American Express, it's fair game (sorry, that means no food trucks!). What products are supported? Our Helpers zoom around the city on bikes, so that means your order must be bikeable! Currently, we don't support items that are too heavy, too big, or too delicate to transport via bike, so make sure your orders fit these criteria. As a rule of thumb, you're good if your purchase can fit into two grocery bags and weighs less than 30 lbs. Do you serve my area? Currently, WunWun serves New York City in Manhattan, Dumbo, Williamsburg, the Hamptons, and San Francisco in SoMa, Mission, Downtown, Civic Center, and Mission Bay/Dogpatch. We're expanding quickly and more cities are on their way, so make sure to check our cities page to see our progress.
