With over 150 million members globally we are the worlds largest fitness community, providing data-driven, proactive solutions to help athletes of all levels lead healthier and more active lifestyles.
Prior to joining Under Armour, I was a Partner with Kurt Salmon, where I led their Merchandising, Marketing, and Digital practice. I have worked for several other consultancies including McKinsey & Company. I also was an executive at Sears Holdings where I led strategy and enterprise analytics, overseeing a large multi-disciplinary team of 100+ individuals with $30+MM budget oversight and P&L responsibilities.
I received a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and was a recipient of a National Science Foundation Fellowship. I also have a B.S.in Chemistry, magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland, College Park.
