As an experienced recruiter and professional in the field of recruitment I am responsible for attracting and matching ICT talent to the Call2 organization.
Responsibilities: Recruiting and selection, job interviews, presentations for students and developing and organizing recruitment events. From September 2011 to Present (4 years 4 months) HR Consultant @ The position of HR Consultant will focus primarily in the areas of People Effectiveness & Organization Strategy. As HR Consultant I provide consultation to the managers on the people-related matters impacting their business. HR adds value by partnering with business clients to provide innovative HR solutions and approaches with a focus on driving success and meeting business objectives. From August 2010 to September 2011 (1 year 2 months) Corporate Recruiter @ Recruitment is one of the most important components of building a successful business. The success of any business depends on the people who make up the team. As recruiter I am responsible for the search and selection of highly talented professionals for Getronics. To do this I narrow cooperates with the managers, so I can understand their needs and goals. In such a tough market these managers are crucial to hire new talent and grow their business. From October 2009 to August 2010 (11 months) Consultant Mobility @ Getronics will reduce the total staff of about 1,400 FTE. Some 950 FTE are from our own staff, of which about 700 are located in the Netherlands. As consultant i’m responsible to accompany my Getronics colleague’s to a new job insite the Getronics or KPN company. From June 2009 to October 2009 (5 months) Utrecht Area, NetherlandsCorporate Recruiter @ For this company I was responsible for providing ICT and commercial professionals into the ICT Business. Manage candidates through the entire lifecycle of the recruitment process including: sourcing, screening and interviews. From March 2007 to May 2009 (2 years 3 months) Rotterdam Area, NetherlandsConsultant @ During my work period I was responsible for delivering high quality service to customers and temporary employees by matching skills of temporaries to customer needs.
