I like helping others. Whether it is working through a difficult recruiting issue, solving a particular business challenge or volunteering in the community, I get great personal satisfaction in knowing that my efforts make a difference. I have learned that clients like to have a quarterback or "go to" person that they can talk to about whatever is on their mind. I like being in that quarterback role for the clients that I serve. In particular, I enjoy serving law firms & private companies because the unique recruiting needs of these firms and their owners is best suited to the skills and value that I can bring to a client.
One critical aspect of my job is to build and maintain long term, trust based relationships with the clients that I serve. Having strong relationships with the clients is something that I am proud of and this skill enables me to better identify, anticipate and ultimately resolve whatever challenges and issues my clients might be dealing with. The large network of relationships that I have developed within the Twin Cities and national legal & business communities enable me to bring the right resources to help my clients solve their most difficult recruiting, talent acquisition and business issues.
Equally important to having strong client relationships is having technical recruiting expertise and sound business judgment. I have developed a broad base of technical recruiting knowledge which further allows me the ability to identify and resolve client issues on: recruiting, talent acquisition, and human capital issues related to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. I have served clients that are involved in many different businesses and industries which has given me a unique perspective on what makes a business successful.
The value that I bring to my clients: Leveraging my strong client & business relationships & broad technical recruiting expertise to help my clients solve their most difficult talent acquisition & business challenges.
