Software Engineer @ Tools Developer: SVOS / SV: (1) Fix a major makefile bug in validation (OS) software where targets were not being compiled, or being compiled in the wrong directory when dependencies were changed. This effort greatly increased validation accuracy. (2) Create bash script to delay process during validation for certain scenarios. (3) Fix several minor kernel bugs involving invalid function use.
VGSD Tools Developer: (1) Developed parts tracking database during HSX AO (Stepping) PO. Received award for this tool because it allowed Leads to flush incorrectly fused parts out of the system during a critical time, (2) Enhanced PTT Tool used by managers to track head-count across PVE. Tool simplified head-count tracking process, which includes blue-badge, interns, and contractosr, (3) Developed SDA Tool to track Silicon and Board demand for Grantley / Haswell, (4) Developed Tool to process Numetrics Data for Pantherpoint. This xml data is programmatically parsed and stored in a relational database, (5) Delineated Intel specific API calls for device driver developers. This was done for the SVOS team which involved learning Intel specific subsystems. (6) Developed a travel tool to track actual spending against the budget.
