Throughout her career, Kate has worked with numerous information and media businesses on their digital transformation strategy, including Platts, JD Power & Associates, BusinessWeek, Aviation Week and several ABC-affiliate broadcasting stations. Most recently, Kate was a leader in developing and executing a successful turnaround strategy at McGraw Hill Construction, including redesigning existing products, developing numerous critically needed new products and transforming the value proposition for the business from a lead generation provider to a data and analytics solution and workflow tool source. The success of these efforts resulted in $30M of new product recurring revenue and the sale of McGraw Hill Construction to a private equity firm for $320M, where she was a key player in executing all aspects of the sale that substantially exceeded anticipated business valuation.
