I'm a tenured nonprofit executive with superior depth in leading nonprofit organizations, public relations, marketing, media relations, outreach activities, as well as fundraising through events and direct solicitation. In addition to advanced interpersonal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, I have a knack for developing consensus among disparate types of groups, am computer literate, a talented writer and have wide-ranging public speaking and managerial experience.
I've led teams, launched projects, managed budgets, and have created a positive work environment wherever I land.
I understand how to focus on the details, and still maintain the "25,000 ft. view" successfully. My experience is a mix of leadership, strategy, fundraising, operations, and intuition. In all of my previous roles I've delivered a clear return on investment by championing new ideas, taking risks and thinking outside the box.

Dominant Theme: Influencing
I am addicted to nonprofits. I believe in the philanthropic nature of humankind to help those in need. I have a volunteer mentality from being raised to give to others and having volunteered my entire life. From working in the church nursery since the age of 9 to currently giving my time to soup kitchens, dozens of walks and runs benefitting various charities, being a regular BloodSource donor and more, I personally feel fulfilled by volunteering. It’s like a spa for my insides.
