From November 2017 to March 2019 (1 year 5 months) Boston, Massachusetts, United StatesSr. Security Escalation Engineer @ Cisco Responsible for troubleshooting complex issues in customer environments involving Cisco's security and remote access products. Most notably Cisco NAC, Integrated Services Engine, and Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client.Key Accomplishments:• Represented the business unit on critical customer accounts and escalations.
