My name is Junying. As a user experience designer, I am skilled at the whole design process, from analyzing user needs, developing information architecture and flows to produce deliverables at different levels of fidelity. I also have experience in user research, usability test, visual design, prototyping and web programming.
I studied design since 2007. I am currently a graduate student at University of Washington, majoring in Human Computer Interaction and Design. Before coming to UW, I graduated as a Master of Architectural Design from the University of Michigan. I not only have gone through a two year design program for my Master degree, but also have completed a 5-year architectural design Bachelor degree at Tianjin University - one of the top four design schools in China.
I have experience working in different kinds of design firms around the world. As a user experience designer, I did my capstone project with the support of Microsoft; I worked as a researcher for Smart Technologies lnc. Since May, 2015, I started to lead the user experience design of the product of a startup. Thus, I know how to work on projects cooperatively and effectively.
I am very interested in this position and believe that I am a great fit for this opening. I will be available this in August, 2015. I would greatly appreciate an opportunity.
