Member of the Client Executive Team, a group of senior investment bankers formed to advise management on initiatives to develop further Wachovia’s client business. From 2007 to 2008 (1 year) Executive Vice President -- Finance & Business Administration @ Revolution Living, one of three business groups in the Revolution family of companies founded by Steve Case, Co-Founder of AOL, focused on investments in companies that offer goods and services to consumers seeking more balanced lives and a more sustainable world. Played a leadership role in active portfolio management as well as the sourcing and execution of new investments. From 2005 to 2007 (2 years) Managing Director @ Led the General Industrial & Services effort for this $3.5 billion private equity investment firm: recruited a team, brought in numerous executives as senior advisors and leveraged extensive Wall Street relationships to drive strong deal flow. From 2002 to 2004 (2 years) Managing Director @ Ran the Industrial Products & Services Mergers & Acquisitions effort. From 2001 to 2002 (1 year) Executive Vice President -- Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer @ Played a key role in hiring the senior team, raising $60 million of venture capital led by Softbank, growing revenues some 4x in one year and completing the first outsourcing transaction with Amazon.com.
