I have also increased profits during that same time period from a (2.5)% operating loss, to an operating profit of 3.5%. I have been involved in 6 acquisitions and managed a successful IPO.

•Complete facilities and operational management for 60 branch store locations, ensuring SOX compliance.
•Assessing new product demands and developing marketing strategies. From 2002 to June 2011 (9 years) General Manager International Operations @ Managed 65+-member staff and more than 30 agents for $50 million international distribution operation. Opened branches in Venezuela, Singapore, Nigeria, Kosovo, Macedonia, UK, and Mexico.
$500 million in annual sales added after conducting due diligence and financial modeling of 10 potential distribution companies and successfully acquiring six operations.
Played key role in raising $600 million within six months for successful IPO by coordinating information gathering across enterprise and building "war room" to collect all documents needed for prospectus.
Developed simple, common interface in each country to upload monthly financials into domestic enterprise system to provide corporate reports in first three days of month instead of quarterly.
Implemented DSO targets with bonus plan and improved collection techniques and systems that decreased DSO from 68 days to 49 in 2.5 years and reduced bad debt write-offs from almost $1 million per year to less than $100,000.
Facilitated expansion into foreign countries and new project bidding by consolidating overseas efforts into Houston office and recruiting seven managers with international experience for key positions.
80% sales growth to $45 million achieved in three years after opening seven new international locations with multi-cultural staff supporting each other in product sourcing or customer sharing.
