During my brief tenure at Slalom, we grew from two consultants to twelve, delivering an annualized run rate of over $3 million for the new practice. Developed multi-year, multi-million dollar run rates with organizations like Autotrader.com and Recall to deliver on multiple EIM and Analytics initiatives. I was responsible for the Business Intelligence and Performance Management practice on the West Coast. We grew this line of business from just a few consultants to over 30 during my time there.
