As a customer facing pre-sales engineer I am responsible for all technical aspects of a sales cycle as well as maintaining the relationship between sales teams and the software developers. From August 2014 to Present (1 year 5 months) Client Technical Professional @ I did technical pre-sales for IBM Business Analytics software solutions, with a focus on Predictive Analytics. I worked alongside the sales teams to support all technical aspects of a software sale. This included product demonstrations and presentations, running "Data Mining Workshops" and building POC's. I was responsible for giving organizations the ability to prepare, model and report on data to make better decisions. My position was commonly referred to as a Sales Engineer.
