My background consists of over 15 years professional experience providing business management, strategic planning, and financial consulting services for Federal, state/local and non-profit clients.
I have extensive experience supporting large-scale business reorganizations, business case analyses, process evaluation and design, workload assessment, budgetary projections and fiscal planning across both operational and technical facets.
Prior to joining PwC, I led the Business Analytics Team for Booz Allen Hamilton’s Atlanta region, where I am responsible for all business analytics services provided to our Atlanta-based clients, including client marketing and account planning. In addition, I led marketing efforts supporting opportunities for our global health services, where my primary client segment supports both US Government (USG) entities and foreign governments’ Ministries of Health. I have developed service offerings around grants management and internal controls for USG entities based overseas and foreign USG-grant recipients. I am also a guest lecturer at Tulane University, speaking on how to use internal controls to combat fraud, waste and abuse (FWA) in effective project management for US-funded public health programs.
