This involved close interaction with the top executive team at SolarWinds. In parallel my team consistently delivered improvements in product awareness, engagement, adoption and customer retention. Tactically, a myriad of multi-media product marketing materials was produced that were technically accurate, engaging and had a significant impact on our key performance indicators (KPIs). - Successfully launched Database Performance Analyzer 9.0 and 9.1 in the AWS Cloud- Led a cross-functional product team including an evangelist and product marketing specialist- Strategic planning: Total available market, pricing, analyst calls and positioning- Developed and delivered sales enablement and training for the entire North American sales team - Supported content marketing, social, trade shows, sales enablement and thought leadership initiatives with dynamic, relevant content- Improved web page conversions resulting in a 35% improvement in trial downloadsThese initiatives resulted in Database Performance Analyzer named as one of the top three revenue producers for SolarWinds just over one year after the Confio acquisition.
