Developing as an all-round manager in a young company facing a relatively undeveloped field of business (E-commerce) and growth problems. Taking this challenge up with both hands to gain experience in management, leadership, professionalizing businesses and E-commerce/ Online Marketing.
Studied Commercial Economics in Utrecht. During my study I joined a student society, in which I was active in several commissions and boards. At the end of my study I lived and worked in Barcelona for a period of six months to complete an internship. At the start of my career at fonq.nl I chose to continue studying parttime, thus earning a Master´s degree in Business Studies.

From February 2009 to Present (6 years 11 months) Utrecht Area, NetherlandsOnline Marketeer/ Project manager @ In charge of a long-term project in which the marketingstrategy of the company was revised. In this project a new frontend and backend (for multiple webshops) was designed for quick moderation and implementation. Besides the technical aspects I also gave advice regarding the change of certain business processes in order to complete the new marketing strategy.
Gained experience in:usability and design, CMS-architecture, marketing process-flows and business development. From February 2008 to February 2009 (1 year 1 month) Online Marketeer @ Wrote a thesis about the expected E-commerce developments in the Netherlands between 2008-2011. An advice for adjustments in the strategic course of the company was included.
Worked on the development of portals as a professional marketing channel. Gave advice in the use of Google Analytics. From September 2007 to February 2008 (6 months) Intern Online Marketing @ A half-year internship at Tree-Nation in Barcelona, Spain.
Supported the founders in developing a company from an internet startup position. Contributed in various ways; direct marketing, e-mailmarketing, market research, usability research and the preparation of presentations and documents.
