We finished out the year well above target leading our BU globally with the Largest Regional Growth. In addition, I was proud to earn two additional awards including making the Producers Club and delivering the Largest Individual Revenue Impact in 2012 in our BU. Two of my team members also received multiple sales awards, which made me very proud.
It is an exciting time for Kenexa as the acquisition by IBM was completed in December 2012 and now we are focusing on the integration. I could not be more excited to be an IBMer!

Headquartered in Toronto, my new role includes oversight of Business Development & Current Client relationship management within our Content business functions (Employee Survey, Pre-hire Assessment & Leadership Development) across Canada and the Northeast of the United States. Reporting to the Vice-President of North America Content Solutions, my responsibilities include overall revenue retention & growth for my region (on track to exceed 2012 growth targets), client retention & relationship management, sales team management, and strategy/ planning to ensure substantial year over year growth. My team includes both Account Executives & Sr. Account Executives focused on client retention and exponential revenue growth. Utilizing my skills developed over 15 years in solutions based sales, my experience in EMEA and building a team of high-performers, we are on track to exceed our 2012 growth targets. It was an absolute pleasure to work across EMEA where I developed 56 strategic client partnerships in 21 countries with some of the largest organizations in the world. My family and I will never forget the exponential experience we had while living and travelling across Europe.
Looking back at the success from 2011 I was very happy to receive two Kenexa awards including Top Bookings and Top TCV (Total Contract Value) across all business units. These awards are only given to the top ten business development professionals in Kenexa. I also signed the largest account in my division in 2011.
I am very excited about my new role in 2012 where my focus is on developing Canada and the Northeast of the United States for our content solutions division.
