As a Global Technology Alliances Professional, I have extensive experience in the channel and have had the opportunity to work with a great number of technology vendors. I've formed and driven partnerships, product strategies, and Go-to-Market strategies that have significantly increased growth and market penetration for companies of all sizes ranging from start-ups to well established global players.
Excited by emerging technologies, I have been fortunate to partner with cutting-edge technology vendors and be a part of market disruptions. Leveraging the unique strengths of complimentary products has enabled me to build teams and solutions that are uniquely placed to meet customer requirements. Additionally, the alliances I have built between competitors taught me firsthand how partnerships drive value and by being open to collaboration an organization keeps itself open to opportunity.

Sr. Director - Cloud Alliances, ADP Marketplace @ ADP Marketplace is a first-of-its-kind app platform for human capital management. The Marketplace offers hire-to-retire workforce solutions that connect ADP clients with partners using ADP aggregated and anonymized data. A full suite of APIs across the HCM domain offers partners an opportunity for seamless integration with ADP products and to expose their solution to an industry leading client base. My role is to develop the strategy for partner development and build a complete ecosystem of integrated 3rd party applications. From 2015 to Present (less than a year) San Francisco Bay AreaPartner Business Development @ Senior alliances role charged with developing an ecosystem strategy to engage content and application partners to enhance the RMS(one) platform value proposition. Facilitated partnerships by conveying platform value and through cross-functional alignment with legal, developer relations, and product management teams. Develop strategies for alternative partner and content types to create additional revenue streams for the platform.
