Growing up in Toronto in the 70's/80's I played road hockey all day until the street lights came on. My dream was to see Harold Ballard's Toronto Maple Leafs win the cup. Reality has caught up to me and I settled on just owning an original seat from the old Garden's grey section where I watched many games with my Dad. Now, in the summer months I'm a huge fan of our Toronto Blue Jays and I coach two youth baseball teams, while playing myself too. In the winter I am a cheerful chauffeur for my Son as he logs ice time hoping one day to play for the OHL's Oshawa Generals.
I started my first business venture as a fourteen year old and started 3 more in the following 10 years. I loved the thrill of taking an idea and building a business through executing and delivering on my vision. I am a business developer at heart. I started my family while in my early 30's and since then I have been satisfying my entrepreneurial spirit by working with business owners and executives that are seeking to improve their own manufacturing and distribution businesses. The lever is technology (ERP), and I get the privilege of facilitating that process. We focus on business process improvements and working on change readiness and change management to ensure their project is successful. That's what really matters to me - a happy and referenceable customer.
