James has 10 years experience founding, leading and growing enterprise technology teams. Most recently, James was the Co founder of Quantus, a software and services provider focused on making data actionable for companies in the entertainment and retail space. With offices in New York, Las Vegas, and Belfast, and $1.8M million in capital raised, Quantus delivered on the real-time customer engagement needs across a number of Fortune 500 companies and achieved nearly $15M in sales in less than 30 months. Prior to entrepreneurship, James was an executive with NYSE Technologies, the commercial technology business of NYSE Euronext. At NYSE Technologies, he managed a $10M+ P&L with a global employee base. Ultimately, his group was responsible for the creation of NYSE Technologies' VAR business, where their focus was to build strategic partnerships that rounded out NYSE’s trading platform. This included products around performance monitoring, event and stream processing, and real-time data analytics. Prior to NYSE Technologies, James worked with Wombat Financial Software, a high-speed market data and messaging platform provider. As one of Wombat’s early employees, he played a number of roles including Project Manager, Sales Engineer, and ultimately Product Manager. James began with Wombat when it was at several million in revenue and remained through it's ultimate acquisition by NYSE Euronext. James is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a BS in Economics and Psychology.
