•Developed a new online marketing strategy for SAP to build new marketing programs via the web, with a focus on implementing natural and paid search techniques along with early stage social marketing efforts.
•Established a new user task model approach to marketing targeting and online experience development, leading to increased precision in marketing tactic implementation.
•Led the development and execution of a new web and telesales strategy driven by customer needs with a more disciplined approach to launching offers and products first on the web.
