From November 2017 to August 2019 (1 year 10 months) Seattle, WashingtonDelivery Engineer @ Amplero Worked as liaison between external clients, data science team, and development team to architect and implement solutions for integrating our data analytics platform with client systems and databases. Rapidly changed context to handle ever-shifting priorities as new clients were brought on-board and requirements evolved. Rewrote production deployment pipeline into a completely automated process, previously this had been done by hand by DevOps engineers. Handled on-call responsibilities for entire server architecture of the company, including over 100 AWS instances. Coordinated day-to-day operations and long-term best practices between developers, QA, and product management. Presented to and trained employees on new tools and automation.Created monthly reports detailing server costs and usage metrics for upper management.
