From January 2015 to Present (1 year) United StatesBoard of Directors @ On November 6, 2012, I was elected to serve an unpaid 6 year term on the CAWCD, which oversees the operation and repayment of the Central Arizona Project, delivering 1.6 MAF of Colorado River water to users in Maricopa, Pinal, and Pima Counties. The board also serves as the board for the Central Arizona Groundwater Replenishment District, which is responsible for replenishing groundwater with renewable supplies on behalf of the users of groundwater who can't otherwise access the CAP. From January 2013 to Present (3 years) President, Board of Directors @ As a board member, I help shape our strategic objectives, support our members, and develop policies aimed at helping our members with increasing the development of renewable water supplies. I'm the board liaison for the Industrial / Commercial Committee. My term as President is December 2015 to December 2017, and I'll be focused on member value, supporting states as they update reuse rules, and increasing membership, as well as advocating for funding research. Managed high profile water reuse projects, and served as technical advisor for water reuse and desalination projects throughout the company.
