•Created/led U.S. corporate brand strategy for Nilandron. Turned around declining sales by establishing forecasts & metrics; develop & execute sales plan & build sales team.
•Drove Medical Science Liaison Team to develop national Key Opinion Leaders to expand corporate initiated trial portfolio. Built KOL mapping, influence & management tool enabling targeted plans & strategies.
•Steered Medical Sales Liaison group to exceed enrollment & publication goals for 3 studies & developed new observational research platform for future projects (1,650 patients, 350+ sites).
•Managed approval process, budgets, documentation & execution of Celgene Investigator Trial program (400+ studies & $15M annual budget).
•Led development of 3 medical affairs initiatives, bringing together nationally renowned KOL, to govern/collaborate on observational research projects. Results: 65+ posters, abstracts & publications.
