As pioneers in off-site modular construction, Portakabin Group specializes in permanent-quality buildings, producing some of the most advanced flexible building solutions available for both public sector and commercial organisations. Working alongside senior management my focus was to support the marketing function, whilst the organisation underwent a period of internal restructuring and change following the retirement of the marketing director. Also to advise and assist with the evolution of their marketing strategy and operational practices in order to better adopt digital channels as a way to provide a more focused relationship marketing approach to their activities. From February 2015 to October 2015 (9 months) Head of Marketing & Creative, Group Marketing @ UNIT4 Business Software Ltd a global company (T/O €445.8m), specialising in the development of ERP and Financial Management software, and associated Professional Services for both commercial and public sector organisations. Reporting into the CMO, I managed a multi-disciplined team of over 20 staff covering marketing strategy and services, campaign creation and delivery, internal communications and blogging, content strategy and ownership of the digital marketing platform. Together we supported and delivered: marketing campaigns, sector marcoms engagement, event management, product marketing, and PR for the sales and partner operations worldwide.
