Vice President and Country Manager @ Kimberly-Clark Corporation Canada I was appointed to not only grow revenue, share, and profit, but to transform the entire organization from an underdeveloped satellite sales team into a high-performing business unit while building the K-C brand among retail and consumer customers. With full profit and loss, I provided vision and leadership to a team of 118. This included strengthening operations including sales, marketing, category, trade utilization, product mix, productivity, finance, HR, and supply chain. I also defined business strategies, built organizational capability, streamlined decision making, and drove strategic alignment.
