As advertising has evolved to digital communications, Frank has evolved with it. His technical skills have expanded from print and television advertising to web development and motion design. In the midst of the industry's interactive upheaval, Frank's background provides a foundation of conceptual problem-solving and brand storytelling. In 2007, Frank established his advertising agency, Square Tomato LLC, and has grown the company to a 10+ person full-service agency.

From 1999 to 2004 (5 years) Creative Director and Art Director @ Created campaigns and earned numerous awards through ad agencies including WONGDOODY, Cole & Weber, McCann Erickson, DDB, Publicis, WestWayne, Hornall Anderson, and others. Built direct client relationships with Microsoft, Expedia.com, Vertafore and others. From 1995 to 2004 (9 years) Art Director @ Earned numerous awards while creating campaigns for McDonald's, Amtrak, NARAL, Pacific Coast Feather Company, Microsoft and others. From 1997 to 1999 (2 years) Art Director @ Created campaigns for Hewlett Packard, Westin Hotels & Resorts, American Lung Association and others. Earned numerous awards. From 1991 to 1995 (4 years)
