I’m an electrical engineer with experience in technical customer support. I've been active in the field of noise and vibration (NVH) engineering, working with customers mainly in the automotive and aerospace industries.

Pre-sales Engineer @ Supporting the sales process on a technical level by: • Developing proposals for product configurations based on customer technical requirements. • Assisting with customer product evaluations through product demonstrations. Generating leads by participating in marketing events such as trade shows, presentations, seminars, etc. From October 2015 to Present (3 months) Associate Engineer Customer Support @ In addition to my previous tasks as Customer Services Engineer: • Dedicated support contact for selected international accounts. • Organizing and executing trainings on advanced noise and vibration (NVH) measurement systems for customers worldwide.
