From November 2011 to May 2012 (7 months) Allied Healthcare Recruiter @ I worked with Delta Healthcare Placement doing Medical Sales and Consulting. I worked directly with C-Level Hospital Executives, Rehab Directors and Physicians nationwide. I traveled nationwide consulting with Physicians and helping with filling critical needs for both hospital and clinic settings.
I helped start Delta's Physician Extender program from scratch. This division was responsible for working with Physician Assistant's and Nurse Practitoner's on a temporary basis.
During my tenure at Delta I was consistently over 110% of all KPI and gross margin goals. I was also voted runner up for Rookie of the Quarter out of a total of 250 company employees. From June 2009 to October 2011 (2 years 5 months) Physician Recruiter @ Merritt Hawkins & Associates is the nations #1 and most premiere Physician Healthcare Staffing firm.
