Actively participated in city of Chattanooga Partners Proof of Concept Review Panel (CPPCRP), and contributed innovative ideas in Vision Document on how to make the city of Chattanooga the smartest city in world. 3. I remained a spokesperson and contributor in 3GPP on behalf of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for "Govt. Emergency Telecomm Service" I influenced the 3GPP-Release-9 technical specifications and produced the results desired by the DHS. 4. Contributed to Tennessee Board of Education on revising K-12 Science Curriculum Standards, and implementing pedagogical strategies in their teaching for “Energy Discipline” 5. Provided expert technical services to the Patent Attorney MOTS LAW, PLLC ( on technologies comparison, claims evaluation and developing response of USPTO Office Action. From May 2010 to December 2010 (8 months) Research Director & then Executive Director (2001-2009) @ END-TO-END PROCESS OF APPLIED RESEARCH AND RESEARCH MANAGEMENT (E2E process includes following 4 tasks) 1. SECURING GRANT: Selected by the President of TARI to produce semi-annual interim reports critical in securing annual grants up to $8Million per year for 6 years. 2. STRATEGIC GUIDANCE TO THE EMPLOYER: (a) Participated in WiMAX Forum general assembly, and working groups meetings and Guided Toshiba business units, and established a coalition with Nortel for joint development of WiMAX base stations and received appreciation. b. Saved Toshiba 30% in outsourcing costs by facilitating IpIQ (external firm), by analyzing about 100 patents. b.
