I lead an organization that advances product hardware and software quality across global design centers, factories, and suppliers. I drive improvements in product development, launch, and support processes as well as resolve escalated customer issues using scientific and statistical methods. I launched a software quality initiative to regularly analyze escaping defects and fix the underlying systemic causes for why the defect was inserted, and why it wasn't contained in-house. Escaping defects were reduced by over 50% year-on-year; also earned $60M in additional customer awards due to increased quality and improved time-to-market.
I also work directly with customers to optimize B2B performance, including Lean projects to accelerate product development and delivery speed, reduce core process costs, and better align business operations and performance metrics.
