Corporate Project Controls Manager / Scheduler utilizing P6, TELACU Construction Management and Pyramid Services (General Contractor). From May 2011 to Present (4 years 6 months) Orange, California / Hawthorne CaliforniaProject Manager - Schools / Public Works @ $20MM GMP Contract with L.D.'s, DSA project.
This $20MM modernization involved an entire upgrade of all underground utilities, 8,000 sf of renovated space. Fields had new irrigation systems installed and were resodded. Total campus area was 54 acres. New construction included ten new classrooms in a two story wood frame structure. Took over as PM at 75% of the way through and took the job through final occupancy.

$42MM Hard Bid Contract with L.D.’s, DSA project.
This project serves children from K through grade 2. The structure was comprised of concrete, masonry and steel frame, integrated into a post-tensioned concrete deck. There were 28 classrooms, a library, multi-purpose room, administration offices, kitchen and two playground areas. Even though the project experienced over 265 days of delays and over 23% in change orders, it was completed successfully and occupied on time. Transformation of a 22-story casino into a 24-story condominium with retail components. Added two steel penthouse floors as well as a 60,000 square feet wing. Final product totaled 374 units of condos, rowhouses, and penthouses. Over 800,000 square feet of buildable area that included a rooftop pool deck, gardens, and retail space on main floor.

Multi-temperature controlled rooms, Margia concrete floors, extensive mechanical systems to support specialized equipment (such as smokehouses). Adjacent to a fish-bearing stream, the site included retention ponds and an effluent pump station to separate contaminants from waste water.
